The Prophet Joseph Smith explained that “the fundamental principles of our religion are the testimony of the Apostles and Prophets, concerning Jesus Christ, that He died, was buried, and rose again the third day, and ascended into heaven; and all other things which pertain to our religion are only appendages to it.”

Our belief in Jesus Christ is absolutely the most important doctrine in the Mormon Church.  We believe that He is the Son of God and our Savior and Redeemer.

While I could try to put into words how much Jesus means to us, I thought it more appropriate to share two videos from sermons given by one of His apostles, Elder Jeffrey R. Holland.
